Guardian dogs is a response to an active, pervasive, and widespread threat.
Dogs have partnered with us for thousands of years. They provide companionship, comfort, and security. They guard and protect us. We are part of their pack, and they are part of ours. Throughout our communities and throughout our schools we find ourselves in need of that bond once again.
Guardian dogs is a response to an active, pervasive, and widespread threat.
From a proactive approach, Guardian Dogs serve two functions. Through detection training, Guardian Dogs identify and locate concealed firearms, whether hidden in a vehicle, locker, backpack, or on a person. As a deterrent, a Guardian Dog relies on its species’ reputation as a lookout and devoted protector.
